AI voice agents for your industry

An AI voice agent handles different calls in every industry: order confirmations, appointments, repetitive questions, missing documents. Pick your sector to see which calls the agent takes over, which scenarios fit and what stays with your people. It speaks Romanian and 83 more languages, so it works for teams in Romania and across the EU.

Choose your sector

Each page covers the sector's real problem, the typical calls, a working day with the agent and its limits. The scenarios themselves are in the list of call scenarios.

How do you choose the right scenarios for your sector?

There is no separate product for each industry. It is the same AI voice agent with different scenarios. That is why the choice comes down to three simple questions.

  1. Which call eats most of your team's time? If it is calls you receive (bookings, questions, appointments), you need an inbound scenario. If it is calls you have to make (confirmations, missing documents, surveys), you need a scenario with initiated calls.
  2. What has to happen after the call? A confirmation is written into your ERP, an appointment goes into the calendar, a list of documents goes out by WhatsApp and email. That decides which connections you need, and the integrations page explains them.
  3. What stays with your people? The agent takes the repetitive part. Sensitive cases, negotiation and decisions stay with your colleagues. Every industry page has a clear list of what stays human.

Most companies start with one scenario, listen to it on real calls and only then add another. If you want to hear one first, the demo has three sample calls.

The phone doesn’t ring only during office hours

Your people work set hours. Customers call when they have time: early morning, at lunch, in the evening. The agent is there then too.

  • outside hours · office hoursEvenings, nights and early mornings, the phone rings out
  • outside hours · the agentThe agent answers, takes notes and leaves the summary for the morning

In the example, 7 of 11 calls fall outside office hours: 00:42, 06:36, 08:12, 17:24, 19:00, 20:36, 22:18.

Illustrative calls, not real data. Office hours are an example.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pick an industry when I sign up?

In the setup guide you choose an industry and your scenarios, but you are not locked in. You can start with one scenario and add others later, and the pricing model is the same in every sector.

Can I combine scenarios from different industries?

Yes. The same agent can, for example, answer inbound calls and send a follow-up message after the call. Each scenario keeps its own instructions.

Does the agent speak English as well as Romanian?

Yes. It speaks Romanian and 83 more languages, so it can call or answer customers in their own language. See the available languages.

What if my industry does not have a page?

Tell us on the contact page which calls you have. If they can be described in steps, they can usually be built.
