Your agent speaks Romanian like one of the family, and just as naturally with your customers across Europe and beyond: 84 languages spoken. Each customer is called in their own language, based on your list.

How do you choose the agent's language?

The language is set during configuration, in the platform's wizard, according to the people you call or who call you. The agent speaks Romanian as a native language: rhythm, polite forms, numbers, addresses. For other languages, the platform can speak 84 languages; the languages used in live calls today are the ones in the table below.

For outbound calls, each person can be called in their own language. Contact lists can be organised by language, so that people in Italy get the call in Italian and people in Hungary in Hungarian, within the same campaign.

A Romanian agent that answers in another language, or an agent configured for one language?

These are two different things, and it is worth being straight about it.

A Romanian agent that adapts An agent configured for Romanian is not a multilingual agent. If the person on the line speaks another language, the result is not guaranteed: the script, the polite forms and the after-call messages were designed for Romanian. Do not rely on this in a campaign.

An agent configured for one language If you know you will be calling people in a particular language, you configure the agent for that language: script, voice, polite forms and after-call messages in that language. This is the option we recommend for campaigns. Setting up an additional language costs €499 (excl. VAT), one-off, and the per-minute rates are the ones on the Pricing page.

Accent, proper names and numbers: where things go wrong

Accent

A voice can sound natural and still have a slightly different accent from a speaker in your region. Listen to a demo in your language before you decide.

Proper names

Street names, product names or people's names can be mispronounced. We check them in test calls, and you confirm how they sound before launch.

Numbers

Amounts, order numbers and phone numbers are spoken in words, the way a person would say them, not digit by digit, so they are easy to follow on the phone.

What next

If you want to see how the agent works on a real scenario, listen to the demo. For a contact list organised by language and for connecting to a CRM or ERP, see Integrations, and for rates see Pricing. Short answers are also in the FAQ.
