AgentVocal AI is a brand of CyberSkill S.R.L., made in Romania. We built voice agents that call and answer the phone, and today they already work for over 80 customers.

Why we built this
Every company that works with people knows the scene: the phone rings, and the colleagues are busy with something else. Orders are not confirmed, appointments are forgotten, files wait for a missing paper, and the customer who called in the evening ends up with a long tone.
It is not a lack of good people. It is a lack of hours in the day. We wanted to give companies a voice that does not get tired, speaks properly and sees the job through: it confirms, books, sends the after-call message and writes the outcome into the CRM or ERP.
The platform is not a prototype. It runs in production and already works for over 80 customers. We do not give their names without their consent, but we can talk about what we do for them, in the scenarios.

With the paperwork in order
The data processing agreement (DPA, in Romanian) is concluded at sign-up. The data is hosted in Romania.

Every new account is approved by a person. And when you write to us or call us, a person answers, not a robot.
