Phone surveys and feedback, with answers you can count
An automated phone survey starts after a delivery or a service: the AI voice agent calls the customer, asks a few short questions and notes what they said. You get the transcript, a summary and structured answers, ready to export.

When does an automated phone survey make sense?
The form sent by email stays empty. A phone call catches more people, but nobody has time to call twenty customers after every delivery. The AI voice agent makes those short calls at a good moment after the service, and is just as polite on the last call as on the first.
It works well for: feedback after a delivery, satisfaction after a garage or clinic visit, the reason for a cancellation, a check that everything went as it should. It suits you when you need a few clear answers, not an interview.
No answer? It calls again at the set time, not at random
You choose the time windows, the gap between attempts and when it stops. The agent sticks to them, and once the person answers, the cadence ends.
- 10:00 Call 1 · no answer next attempt in 4 hours
- 14:00 Outside the window the call waits until 15:00
- 15:00 Call 2 · no answer unanswered calls are not charged
- 19:00 Call 3 · answered outcome written, cadence stops
- day 2 Duplicate blocked same person, same case: not called again
Example rules: windows 09-13 and 15-20, retry after 4 hours. You choose them.
What does a survey call made by the AI voice agent sound like?
-
It introduces itself and asks permission
It says who is calling, on whose behalf and that it will only take a moment. If the person has no time, the agent asks when to call back and reschedules.
-
It asks the questions one by one
One at a time, at a natural pace. If an answer is unclear, it rephrases once, then moves on.
-
It records exactly what was said
For open questions it keeps the customer's own words. For scales it asks for a clear number, for example from 1 to 5.
-
It wraps up and says thank you
It closes briefly, with no sales push. If the person asks not to be called again, the request is recorded.
Open questions and scales, your choice
You can combine both types in the same survey. A scale gives a number you can compare across customers. An open question tells you why.
A fictional example structure: a score from 1 to 5 for the delivery, one for the courier's friendliness, one for product quality, and an open question, "what could we do better?".
What every call leaves behind, taken apart
Every call has a record in the portal. Open it and you see everything: what was said, what the agent understood and what it did afterwards.

Structured results
Each scale or yes/no answer becomes a separate field, easy to filter and count.
The answers are visible in the portal, per call and in the reports. If you have a CRM or an ERP with an API, the result can also be written there, on the order or customer record (see integrations). Each call is processed only once, so the same result never appears twice. You can then use the exported answers in spreadsheets or in your own reporting.
Rules of respect for the people called
- Calls only within the calling hours you have chosen
- Retries a limited number of times, not endlessly
- Says that the call is recorded
- Removes anyone who says "do not call me again" from the lists
- Introduces itself as a virtual assistant, if that is your choice
- It does not call outside the permitted hours
- It does not insist after a refusal
- It does not turn the survey into a sales offer, unless you have asked for that
- It does not run the same survey twice with the same contact for the same order
See how it connects with the rest: follow-up after the call, how recordings and data are handled in security, and the full mechanism in how it works. For the same outbound logic applied to orders, see cash-on-delivery order confirmation.
Quick answers
Frequently asked questions
How long can the questions be?
As short as possible. A phone survey works well with three to five questions. Beyond that, people lose interest and you get rushed answers.
How do I receive the results?
In the portal, on each call and in the reports, with the transcript, the summary and structured fields. The answers can be exported. If you have a CRM or ERP with an API, they can be written there too.
What if the customer has no time?
The agent asks when it can call back and reschedules the call. The number of reschedules is limited, so it never becomes pushy.
What does "do not call me again" mean?
The request is recorded and the number is no longer called in your campaigns. The rule is applied automatically, without you checking the list by hand.
Can I survey customers abroad?
Yes, the survey can run in the customer's language. See the available languages.
Do you guarantee a number of answers?
No. The response rate depends on the list and the timing, and we do not promise figures. See how the cost is worked out on the pricing page.
